I will be honest the guy there put me to sleep. But other than that I've been to a better places here's my rating scale Professionalism 1 star the lady that works there is very unenthusiastic. She massaged one hand instead of both and I had to remind them of the hot stones. After she said it comes with hot stones Cleanliness 1 star looks a little damp and overused linens. Customer Service 1 star I'll give them another chance only because the guy there knows what he is doing. But change the name bob foot spa is a dull name. You guys need to have a little more self-confidence and change up the whole 1980s retro look and we'll see how it goes from there

Love this place! It is very clean, they are very kind and the massage it’s wonderful! Whether you’ll decide to get a reflexology or a full body massage you’ll come out very pleased and relaxed! I highly recommend this massage parlor, thank You for always have taking a very good care of me!!!

Massage was the best. First, I asked the therapist to work on my upper back. The pressure points were incredible. When asked, I explained I do alot of heavy lifting. After asking questions, the therapist Luci went right to work. My sciatic nerve has not been bothering me since. They are very professional. Wen hui (Wendy) gets five stars as well as staff. I give my spouse gift certificates to Bob's Foot Massage whenever she needs to relax.
