Recently purchased a bike from here and Nico is outstanding! He delt with me coming in and out for months looking for the right bike until I found the one that spoke to me! He made the deal happen with the seller and we had the paperwork signed and finalized quickly! Awesome staff all around. The reviews say it all. I’ve been in the market for an ATV for awhile. I finally made it to Bobby J’s to see what they had in stock. I was looking for a Cfmoto 4-wheeler. They didn’t have any in stock, so I placed a hold payment on one that was one order. Fast forward about 6 weeks. The ATV had arrived and I was very excited to pick it up. Unfortunately for me I had a family emergency and would not be able to pick it up for a long while. I communicated with Keith via email and he was very understanding and not pushy. Keith promptly refunded my 500 hold payment with no questions. So it’s just not about buying from Bobby Bobby J’s, it’s about how your treated whether you buy or not. I will be back ASAP, to purchase an ATV when the time comes. Special thanks to Keith for always promptly responding to all my emails, phone calls and for being very understanding and respectful!
