Beautiful docks and facilities
This resort was a beautiful place to stay. Never stayed anywhere so clean. Owners are excellent hosts. All ready booked our next stay!!! Can't wait.
Rented a pontoon boat and was only advised at the last moment the boat did not have an anchor appropriate for the size of the boat and was strongly advised NOT to use it. Without an anchor, we could not swim off the boat and could also not fish unless we were right in the weeds on the shore. For the price, this was a very negative experience and I would not rent from them again.
My husband and I stayed the night at South Winds Resort and it very much so exceeded our expectations! We are very picky with where we stay and hands down this place fits the bill. We stayed in one of the courtyard suites. It was very new and very well put together. The only thing that could have made it better would have been an iron and ironing board in the room as well as options for food, such as a vending machine in the reception area with healthy snacks for late night munchies. I definitely recommend this place!
Great spot to stay and take in Bobcaygeon’s attractions. Clean, friendly - Great staff and owners.
Currently sitting on their dock writing this review. The rooms are extremely nice and comfy. The grounds are spotless and the dock across the street is above expectations. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a weekend away by the water!
