I have always loved this business. I've been coming here since they had their first location elsewhere. But I haven't been back in a few months because I was extremely disappointed a couple of months ago when I found a straight, black hair inside of my closed boba cup. I only noticed it after I drank my whole drink and then felt upset knowing that I drank it with the hair inside stuck between the ice. Not only was it sealed closed, but nobody in my family has black hair. I have always loved the quality of the food and drinks here. Just wish I could get over that particular incident.

I stood there waiting for five teenagers to make a small order that took a very long time they got two things between the five of them. And it took them about 10 minutes and then they didn't even acknowledge me and they took the people that walked in way after me before me when I was standing right in front of them and then I said something to my boyfriend twice. And I still wouldn't look at me. They didn't have any of their hot food which is why we came we wanted to spend some money and have a nice dinner we had heard good things about it. It's they had acknowledged us I would have ordered shaved ice for us and brought some home to all the kids instead of them just doing the two 7 and 12 orders that they did. Unfortunate for everyone. Customer service not great. I'm not even going to finish this long-winded reply that sounds very defensive in the first three lines. I hope this is not the business owner. Actually my daughter came home the night before raving abou t your place and went there with six other people they had hot food and dessert. Yes we did want to order food and yes I don't appreciate appreciate being called a liar when I saw two items leave out the door.

My wife is from Malaysia and her and I have tried bubble tea there and other places around America. We have yet to be able to find anything close to the amazing bubble tea found at Bobos! I come here so often the wonderful people that work there have memorized my order (simple order) but it still is very welcoming and they are always very quick and always have a smile on their face! The Takoyaki is also very delicious as well! Such a great place to spend some time we go for dessert after date nights all the time! Love this place!!!

Very cool place with so many options! It was confusing at first, but everything was delicious. The decor is stunning. It would be a perfect place to study, though it closes early. It would also be good if the staff added cushions behind the lettering to make leaning back against the wall comfier. There are currently just boards lining the walls. Will return.

Try the Tawainese Popcorn Chicken. Super tasty chicken bites. The fried basil they add to it is awesome.

Great place sells great ribbon ice boba ice is great too haven’t gone as often as there is a closer boba restaurant near me but still a great place with great salty snacks too if you don’t want to be eating only sugar. I am worried about the security when picking up food as one time I took my moms food mistakenly when I was there to pick up my own
