It cost me 60 for them to tell me the same thing I told them 2 days before. I get that they have to charge for "diognostics" but, come on. That's all fine I suppose but, the quote for getting the transmission fixed was 1700 more than a guy down town who gave me the same guarantee and was much friendlier.

This is like the best Auto shop around. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The shop is beautiful. That says everything about a shop, if they take care of it, they are going to take care of your vehicle in the same manner. Very honest and professional. Excellent workmanship and fixing vehicles properly. They give you a heads up too, if they see other things that may need tending to, and you can trust them
I can’t say enough about Bobs 151. The absolute professionalism from start to finish is refreshing. There is a true attention to detail and great care taken on each visit. It is evident that the staff truly care and take pride in what they do and the customer service is beyond expectations! I’m very thankful to have been fortunate enough to find Bobs and I will never take my vehicles anywhere else!! Thank you so much for all you do!!

I loved my experience at Bob's! I don't know much about cars but they really took the time to explain things to me without being condescending. Their customer service was friendly and so helpful. They took the time to even go over some scenarios so I'd have a better picture of cost BEFORE they even looked at my car. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful place!

Not professional and charged me nearly 900 dollars to replace my secondary fuel pump when the primary was clearly broke and also ignored the issues I stated were wrong.
FANTASTIC!!! These gentlemen were truly that (gentlemen)! We were on our way to lake arrowhead for vacation and our minivan broke down. They had us towed in less then 15 minutes. Had our car fixed in about an hour, and kept us informed on what happened and what needed to be done. These gents made our vacation possible;) CHEERS!!!! Keep up the excellent work guys. Danielle
