Alicia is so amazing & so helpful! Bob’s was a great experience the entire process. They constantly send updates & called well in advance to schedule the shipping date. I ordered pieces from 2 other local furniture stores and NONE were this professional and thorough.

After looking at all the furniture stores in Woodbridge, Bobs really did have the best deals. Alicia, was the sales associate who helped us. She went above and beyond, she did not pressure us and was incredibly knowledgeable about everything. It’s very obvious that Alicia cares about her customers. I’ve already spoken to her a few times since our order, she called me personally to update me on the shipping times. I highly encourage you to ask for her by name!

Location very easy to get in and out of. Close to home. Furniture is well sorry to be blunt cookie cutter ordinary and prices seem to me to be high and not Discounted. Yeah better than Ashley Furniture but that is not saying much. Color options limited.

Too long waiting time in store two and half months shipping time Website and phone customer service is terrible Financing with Wells Fargo is a total mess and can put you in trouble A total nightmare. They had us in store for more than 2 hours. Not enough staff so they would come to you and run to a second customer keep you waiting an extra 15 or 20 minutes each time you wanted to ask something. At the end when we finally decided on our sofa we were told that it will be shipped in 2.5 months!!!! Because of the time spent we decided to purchase it and went online and filled out the application and financing that they offered through Wells Fargo. To our surprise we didn't receive any email confirming our purchase! We called Bob's furniture and they confirmed that no order has been placed but we have been approved for purchase. Next day we went to another Bob's furniture store all the way in Woodbridge, a 40 min drive This time they said you have been approved but there is a hold on your account by Wells Fargo and you have to call them during business hours. We finally decided to purchase our sofa from another store with faster delivery and cash. Now recently we received a mail from Wells Fargo asking us to call them or else we will be suspected for fraud
