Worst service ever!!! I wish I could give zero star, but I can't so I will give one star. I bought a bedroom set, a sectional and a rug more than a month ago. They charged me full price, but I still had to wait more than a month to start receiving my furniture. They had a previous attempt to deliver the dresser with the mirror, but it had scratches so they took it back and sent me another one along with the night stand and the sectional after more than a month waiting. The delivery was arranged today Friday since I worked from home, and the delivery guys put the furniture together and left, and I started to work. Then later in the day I noticed that the mirror frame has scratches. I called customer service and told them about this, and asked for a credit because I already returned the dresser with the mirror for scratches, and they tell me that they have to send a technician to see the scratches next Friday. I am so upset to go through this all over again, and I am still waiting for the bed and the other dresser from my bedroom set to be delivered on the 26th. I am so disappointed with this store. Very nice at the store when they are trying to sell things to you, but then after that everything sucks. Delivery super delayed, scratches, horrible customer service. Fun fact the guy that spoke with me from customer service said that his name was Ethan, but wouldn't provide his last name nor employee number. How do I know that \Ethan\ is his real name and not a made up name? That's the type of customer service they have. If you read my review until this point, I hope it helps so please save yourself some trouble and headaches and DO NOT BUY ANY FURNITURE AT BOB'S FURNITURE!!!!!

Ordered a table from here on January 9th. They said I'll be receiving it February 24th. I went with it. Today is February 24th and my order/tracking not even in the system. I was able to get an hold of customer service person on the phone but no help. New date can be mid-April they said but they can't give me an exact date. Good luck with your purchases from here.

Sharon Q took care of us! I would definitely recommend her. She was very detailed and her demonstrations were on point. Her professionalism was exquisite and she was very patient with us, as we are very picky. I would come back here and ask for her. She gave us a very specific breakdown of the cost and payments and gave us some great advice through her own experiences. Great store fantastic staff and amazing prices when I first when into the store I was greeted by a young man name memo he was super helpful and friendly he answer every question that I had regarding the product. also the store has a lovely designated area where you can find a variety of free snacks overall the store is worth the visit you won’t regret it great store fantastic staff and overall amazing prices
