This is my first purchase with Bob’s and I must say not a very pleasant experience. Sofa was delivered promptly within a week and the real drama begins. Tough it’s a new sofa, never experienced that feeling from the moment it was assembled in my living room 1. Seat are not well aligned; few inches off from each other 2. Right reclining seat’s head rest and back rest looks already worn out. Its already looks deflated / punctured 3. Complete lack of comfort for brand new sofa. 4. Scratches on all 3 seats. All seats were unpacked in the parking and brought upstarts to my 2nd floor unit without any covering to prevent any scratches 5. Overall delivered product does not at all feel like brand new item But BOB claims it to be simply feature of sofa and not quality issue. I have asked delivery guys to take it back to warehouse; but they did not bother to listen and left immediately. Its been more than a month now and not getting any help either from local store or customer service to acknowledge the issues. I really want to get a new sofa as soon as possible but it’s very difficult to contact customer care and talk to someone. As per BOB policy you can expect full refund once the merchandise is delivered to your home. Since I already made the payment, feels like been looted after looking at substandard quality. I am very much stunned and disappointed. Be careful before you place any orders. I am positive that, this is my last purchase with BOBs.

We went to Bob's Discount Furniture to order a bed for our son after checking out several models on the website. None of the models we liked were in the store. The salesperson showed us the few available options and we decided to pick one. After paying the bill and receiving the order, we were told that the product is not in stock. We had to start all over again and found another option to order online. We placed the order and set the date for delivery and installation. On the day of delivery and installation, we received only the mattress and no bed. We had already dismantled the old bed from our son's room! Upon inquiring, we were told that the bed was not from Bob's but from some other retailer and we will get it directly shipped. BTW, because it is not from Bob's there is no installation available. We had already paid for Bob's white glove service which includes installation. I have to wonder why the salesperson never told us any of this. Finally, the bed has arrived and Bob's had sent its crew which did setup the bed. We are now looking at a bed that does not look or feel good quality and the pictures we saw online were expertly done to make the product look much better than they really are. We are now stuck with a bad bed and mattress which we would have been happy without. Adding another honest negative review and hoping that Bob's will do right by the customer

Buyer beware: furniture is not refundable once you have it delivered. They don’t tell you that unfortunately when you buy it. The sales rep which I will not name to be courteous totally lied to us and said you can return one furniture piece out of 6 pieces if it’s too big and doesn’t fit. Customer service and sales rep do not care to assist at all once sales is made. I have filed with The Better Business Bureau. I will update this post after I hear back. All I want is a simple refund on the one furniture piece out of 6 items purchased.

Bob's always had great furniture on a budget. The last furniture we bought lasted 12 years. I would have given 5 stars but the furniture that we fell in love with that was on the sales floor is no longer available. We ended up with our second pick. Over all Raj was very knowledgeable and helped us with our purchase. My husband and I will be going back to Bob's for our future needs.

I wish I didn't buy anything from Bob's. The quality of the product and service is very poor. I bought a sectional couch 8 months ago. After 5 months of little use, Chase's leg plate got broken. I called the service and reported the issue. They are always too busy to solve the customer's issue. I contacted them couple of times but still no one came even after 2-3 months.
