Convenient, good food, great sandwich, golf cart rental, bike rental, large selection of beach necessities. Good coffee and tea. Convenient store prices. People are friendly and helpful. First food and drink on the island.

Rented a cart for 4 hours. After the first hour it was at 3 of 8 bars on the battery indicator. We found an outlet and plugged it in while we ate breakfast for 45 minutes. After breakfast it had barely made a difference and was flashing low on 2 of 8 bars 15 minutes later. Worried we would spend the day chasing chargers or not make it back at all we returned the cart after 2 hours. When we got back they said you should have ignored the battery indicator like we should have known that. No one told us that they were inaccurate and should be ignored. No refund for the unused time or inconvenience of cutting our day short. Do not rent here

Rented golf cart for 4 hrs. After about 3 hrs battery was dying, got back to rental area and told them the battery was dying and we still had a hour left on rental, too bad, they said the battery life was about 25 miles, ok down to the lighthouse and back is maybe 15 miles, we didn’t ride another ten miles exploring! No credit for the hour or even another cart for the hour. I’ll think about renting from Kappys again. We used them before and rented an 8 seater and never had a problem.

Stopped in for a snack and a gift. Bought a slim Jim, a snickers, and a sticker. Was charged 39.39 to my card. Called 5 different times about the over charge of about 32 dollars. Nothing was ever done.
