My first time getting Keratin. Danielle came in on her off day to accommodate my work schedule. She was very friendly and explained the whole process. She also gave me a great haircut. I will definitely be back. Great experience.

VERY HAPPY...these are great ladies who are very attentive to your personal needs...how refreshing these days!! Coming from the England I expect alot when it comes to both cut and color etc. Someone who can listen, advise NOT be afraid to take the lead..and suggest alternatives. Bozena has always done what I wanted..and MORE. I used to go to these major salons and pay alot..they never did what I actually asked..I left uncomfortable, wondering why I do that!! Intimate, friendly AND great results...with good coffee...why go anywhere else!

There should be some stars showing a minus sign. This was the result of my Keratin treatment after a couple of days. I had it done by Danielle on Friday, July 7th after taking a half of day off from work. She was very pleasant. I did not wash my hair until the following Tuesday, July 11th and this was the result. It pretty much didn't take at all. I was surprised because of all the treatments I have done in the past 8 years, this one did not leave my hair looking greasy before my first wash. It was as though she did not applied much treatment at all. I called and texted her several times. The first time, she apologized and said she could redo it but she would have to charge me for the products. She also claimed that it didn't take because of my highlights. I had purchased the treatment through Groupon and wanted it done right before my trip to New Orleans on July 15th. I knew it would be very hot there and humid. Needless to say, my hair was horrible there and unmanageable. I have colored and highlighted my hair many times a day or two before a treatment and this has never happened. I have thick hair and I think she just didn't apply much of the product. Even my co-workers made the comment too \Oh - you had it done; it doesn't look like it\ that Monday. Of course, I texted her again a few other times; but now she ignored my texts. My third text I asked for my money back -- again ignored. I emailed Groupon and complained and thankfully they forward me a credit for the full amount. I do not recommend that salon whatsoever. A profession that simply chooses to treat a client poorly by ignoring them doesn't have any business being in business!!!!
