Great coaches! In group classes coaches really motivate you. Staff is always very welcoming and friendly. The facility is always clean and they are very careful in taking care of their clients by sanitizing the equipment.

Great trainers. I visited this gym while visiting Laredo. It is clean with all new equipment. Highly recommended. I signed up for the virtual personal training because they build my workouts to be used at home or when I travel. Highly recommended!

Wow This place was good previously... some Employees Are very rude ! Sarah Herrera was extremely Rude and unprofessional! She had the worst look on her face as if She was annoyed being there . She seemed to be in a bad mood or having a bad day. We all have ours days but please don’t take it out in the clients . I Went to a few classes and enjoyed them but I definitely won’t be back because of Sarah Herrera . Seems like they do not like Answering any questions or concerns . I guess taking some time to Answer questions or concerns is Annoying.. too bad I was looking forward to inviting my friends to join ..
