After a two minute phone call with the very friendly Kathleen she was fully confident she knew what the problem was, said she would be with us the next day (it wasn't an emergency but it was a large inconvenience) and she was. The issue was exactly what she said it was, fixed it in no time at all, and left no evidence of her visit and the bill was nothing like I was expecting - excellent! Mario and Luigi - eat your hearts out!

Outstanding service. Was expecting to have to buy a new macerator - but this was repaired with the minimum of fuss and the maximum amount of professionalism. Would highly recommend.

Totally professional from the first phone call, I had a bit of an emergency with one of my Saniflo’s I called to make an appointment, within an hour Kathleen was here ! What a lovely lady, and her mum, Lyn who took to call was very kind and understanding I would not hesitate to recommend them and will be telling everyone I know how good they are.
Such a great company I cannot recommend highly enough. They responded within a day and fixed the problem instantly no messing around. and great value too. If only more companies were run like this.

Saniflo were most helpful on our telephone call and sent somebody to fix our problem early the following day. Kathleen and her assistant resolved the issue within half an hour with no mess whatsoever. The company and the people were a pleasure to deal with and from our experience we would highly recommend them. We are not the sort of people to give praise lightly!
