Disgusting service for a small child who lives out of this area. Was told to contact my own GP which I did and they said they couldn’t help me as I live in Wales and this is England, so called this surgery back and they still would not see my 4 year old daughter. Was told to call 111 which I did only for them to call this surgery so they would finally tend to my daughter. Very disgusting service.

Don’t know what’s happening at this surgery nowadays, it used to be efficiently run, with appointments easily made, and doctors easily seen. Just lately your lucky if someone can be bothered to answer the phone, when they do it’s like talking to the ‘computer says no’ sketch on TV, and it is difficult to get any interaction with your doctor whatsoever, if there was a viable option I would change a.s.a.p ! Currently resorting to help from the internet self diagnosing any illness, and taking our chances..... it’s easier! No reflection on the now sadly retired, and very much missed Dr Whitehouse, wish he was still practising.

I order prescriptions that never ever get sent to my chosen place, I can then complain up to 3 times and nothing gets resolved. They actually accuse you of it being your fault. When you do eventually get prescriptions they are wrong, even though you told them this the last time. The only good thing is that they do late night appointments. I am quite concerned that I will have to take my daughter here for a certain time frame due to my midwife being there (6 months pregnant). I would not recommend at all!

My wife had to visit this doctors while staying with family in hayle on holiday. They were amazing, appointment made for the same day and xrays! Can't believe how quickly we were seen, we don't even have that service with our own gp. Fantastic service thank you!
