I go to this place often,but lately there's been issues. The one girl really just wanted to sell me something rather than give advice. I will say though I haven't seen her anymore,so she may be gone. The next issue I had was no one could ring in my gift certificate. The girl called her boss and what not 6 times in front of me and I ended up waiting for an hour around the mall to get a response,but no one called back. It was an extremely annoying situation especially with limited sale days and the stuff I wanted was the last ones so I'm sure someone else got them by now. I used to come here all the time,now it's like the quality of service has gone down. It's not wait it used to be and that's not necessarily in a good way.
