I've been here twice now, once on a sunday and now on Monday. Website says they open at 10 both times I waited here it was well past 11am. Maybe your website should say open when I feel like till when ever I feel like closing. Terrible way to run a business. Returned today and the owner was there, he was great helping me and remembered talking to me last week and apologized many times. Thanks for great customer service.

I visited this location yesterday with my fiancée looking to purchase a new set of plugs for her as a gift. I dealt directly with the owner and he was able to determine the exact size she needed without even asking. He had over 200 different selections in just her size alone! We’ve visited many different body jewelry shops and have never seen one that had such a large selection on site without having to order online. It was very clear that the owner was experienced as he was able to recommend the right material for her skin. We were so satisfied that we purchased an additional three sets! Thank you Body Arts for an awesome experience and we will surely come back soon!
I was looking for septum jewelry and plugs for my ears. The guy working was really nice. He knew my gauges right off the back as I was actually unsure of the correct sizing. He had a huge variety to choose from as well! The transaction was fast and painless. I’ll most definitely be back! Thank you!
I have just about everything that can be pierced done but I don’t know what anything is called so I’ve been leery about changing anything. I decided to try this store since it looked like they had everything, and well they did. Not only did I get professional and courteous service I also learned a few things about my piercings. I was quite amazed that you could actually get personal service from an owner and not the typical spiel. He was very good about how long and indecisive I was an even suggested a few different things. I will definitely be returning considering the amazing deal I got and now that I know what I’m actually looking for because of the owners time and knowledge that he shared with me. Definitely a very happy customer and will be returning soon!
This has been one of the worst places I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at Body Arts & come knowing the exact size of gauges and lengths that I need. After the second time of getting the incorrect length, I call to see what they can do and the owner blamed me and constantly said he doesn’t know what length I needed if he doesn’t see the piercing. I told him multiple times I told them exactly what size I needed and still I’m at fault for getting the wrong length. Worst service, will never recommend. (will do the opposite)
