Tina was AWESOME. Of course because this was my first time i was really nervous. I was able to ask questions before my appointment and she answered each question with detail. During the waxing she talked to me and made me laugh. I literally laughed out loud the whole time. She is one of your best girlfriends you never even knew you had. She was patient nice and professional. And as far as the wax service itself, scary at first, but well worth it. I had it done 2 weeks ago and still NO HAIR! What! Amazing!

Prior to scheduling an appointment I seen reviews that she has a habit of canceling last minute. I booked with her anyway, waited 2 days for the appointment just for her to text me at 1:30 am the day of the appointment to tell me that she has to reschedule. She proceeded to give me the option to pick a time between 2:30-4:30, I picked 2:30 and let her know any other time and day is inconvenient for me.She then texts me back to say that she recommends that I have a plan B since I have a tight schedule and text again saying let’s schedule for another day. I find this very unprofessional especially since I had to wait 2 days to even get an appointment just to be canceled on.
