This is a great gym for older people or those that aren't that fit. Basically your not going to be surrounded by loads of super fit young people. Not to say that it's a bad gym for anybody. It's just very welcoming for the less fit. Overall an excellent gym. Some machines and free weights.

I am a 66yr old women that has had two hip replacements, and has other health issues. But going to Body Zone and being with Jan is an experience I never thought I would get again, Jan is very experienced, and very good with anyone who as been through the operations, the atmosphere in there is so good, I would recommend this lovely place to anyone as they make you feel very welcome.
