Ashely was so friendly and professional. The Lash lift was great, looked really good and held it’s shape for the appropriate amount of time. Also got a Brazilian while I was there. She was talking with me through the waxing so I didn’t feel awkward or embarrassed,I did have a hard time finding the door to be honest, but that’s because I didn’t know the building was made up of a bunch of suites! So you do have to hunt for the door down a hallway or two. But this place was so great, I absolutely recommend going to Ashley.

I had a facial, henna eyebrows, and lash lift. Ashley was great! She answered all of my questions and was so nice. The facial was great, and she explained the products that she used and what they were for. This was the first time I did the henna eyebrows and the lash lift - soooo in love! The layout of the spa was confusing at first but her room was very comfortable, and the entire experience was very relaxing. I already set up my next appointment for September. Definitely worth the hour drive!

Ashley is very professional, proficient and maintains a high-end establishment. She is extremely thorough and detail-oriented. Her passion is (originally) with waxing as I recall and she ensures not a single hair remains. Satisfaction is extremely important to her. As one example (of a couple) I have “undone” my perfect lashes sleeping on my side and she initiated offering to redo her work. I recall an instance also in the coldest part of winter- (perhaps due to my lack of humidity in my home) it was difficult for her to do my nose waxing, but she acknowledged the experience very appropriately. I’ve been going to Ashley for five years at least (or more) and followed her out to her location furthest from her previous area where I live... I’d follow her anywhere.

Ashley is great! Her space is very comfortable and immaculately clean. She's personable and easy to chat with; it's clear she has years of experience offering lash & waxing services and that she keeps up on the latest trends. There's plenty of easy parking and she'll often greet you out front, no need to make small talk with a receptionist or anything! She's also flexible with her hours - if you have a special request or can't meet during her posted hours just ask her & she's been very willing to work something out during alternate hours. She does a nice job of offering personalized attention, taking the time to get to know you and exactly what you're looking for. Highly recommended!

Not only has she helped find what works to help my skin after the wax, but she is continually searching for new and better methods. I know I am in good hands! Her new location is so private and comfortable, too. Whether it's your first time or your a seasoned pro, Ashley will give you a great experience! Now that she does eyelash extensions and other new services, I am even more in love!!
