My first review! I just had to write about Austin at Boerne Cart Depot because he was extremely helpful and educated me about the batteries on a golf cart I didn't purchased from him. He was for helpful and took the time to make sure I understood his tutorial. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend Boerne Cart Depot.

Miscommunication all the way through the process! I took our cart in to be fixed in April. No one called me for months and I called several times each time told they were waiting for a new part! Then, I find out the part they put on was rebuilt. The steering was going so I asked if they could find a used part and again no call forever! I finally call and an all new technician said they could not find the part and he could take the rebuilt one out and not charge me since this had been a mess, but I would have a non running cart. I said let me talk to my husband... I go up a week later to drive the cart and he had taken the part out to use on another cart! I am back where I started in April!!! Very frustrating!
Austin and his team were incredible! They go the extra mile they do not gouge you on pricing, good old fashion customer service at its finest
Just bought my very first golf cart from Boerne Cart Depot. I don't play golf but plan to use it to get around my ranch. Got a great deal on a used EZ GO with lithium batteries and many extra features. I was very impressed with my buying experience with Michael and Austin. Glad to read the great reviews about their service department if I should ever need it.
No response from company in 2 months. No one is there when we try to pick up our cart. Where is our golf cart??
They were great. Tried to help me figure out the problem on my own without repairs. When I ran out of self-help at-home attempts they sent a trailer the same day I asked for the pick-up, fixed it the next day and had it back to us today in time for grandkids' arrival. Very knowledgeable, very helpful, very affordable. Thank you Boerne Cart Depot!!
My EZ-GO was not working and I called Boerne Cart Depot. The Cart Depot said they had a technician in the area that afternoon and could pick up my golf cart. They called a few days later with the diagnosis of the problem and ordered the part. Within one week I had my golf cart back at my house and it runs great. Thank you Boerne Cart Depot for your professionalism and prompt courteous service. If you need your golf cart fixed please give them a call. I will be sharing this great company with all my golf buddies and friends. Thank you Joe Ramon
I've been all over my 36V Ez-Go golf cart replacing all kinds of connections, wiring harnesses, speed controllers, switches and terminals. Austin has spent a large amount of time talking about the problems my cart has and has even given me spare parts (no charge) to get me back on the trails! Thank you for your time and effort! Boerne Cart Depot is the place to go to for the knowledge and experience to get you back hunting or golfing!
