I was extremely dissatisfied and feel ripped off by the service department at Boerne Dodge, and I strongly suggest you find a different shop for your repair needs. Not only did they charge 125 for each “diagnostic” check they performed (2 of which only involved hooking up the code scanner and reading the code from my car’s computer, but we’re charged 125 each), but of the 3 issues they looked at, only one of their recommended fixes was the solution to the problem. On top of that, their “shop rate” is an exorbitant 165 per hour, which is way over the top, and their “book hours” are padded to at least double the time of other mechanics, as they estimated over 800 for replacing 2 hub bearings. When I had another mechanic do the work, he showed me that the book time for changing a hub bearing was only 1/2 an hour, and genuine Dodge replacement parts cost 125 apiece, so I had the service completed for 350 total (less than half what this dealership tried to charge)!! One other example to leave you with, they recommended changing the air filter, and their estimate was approximately 80. Changing an air filter is a 15 second job that requires no skill, and the filter costs 20. Im not a math teacher, but that looks like a nearly 4 times markup to me, which isn’t a good value in my book.

I called in to check on the status of my vehicle after being told when I dropped it off (4 hours prior) I would be receiving a text on the estimated down which never occurred. The individual I spoke to (will not mention their name) was a bit rude in their tone. And almost “matter of fact”. Who talked down and was a bit condescending. Also there was a miss in communication when it came to the cost. I was quoted one price when I dropped it off then was told a different cost (twice the original quote) when vehicle was ready for pick-up. At the end the cost was adjusted to the original quoted price, but what if a customer wasn’t paying attention? But outside of that, the face to face customer service was A from when I dropped it off, to all the staff I spoke to when I picked up my vehicle. They had me laughing like crazy. If it wasn’t for the staff member on the phone I would have given a strong 5 ️

A friend recommended Bourne Dodge because they have a Certified Dodge Viper Technician in their Service Department. These technicians are few & far between going through additional training to become certified by Dodge in the diagnostics & repairs specifically for the Dodge Viper. Very friendly staff, I will be back.

We bought a brand new 2021 ram 3500 trading in our old gmc. They took extremely good care of use and the sales team was awesome big shout out to Tran !!! We then made a trip to Az, the transmission went out these guys went above and beyond taking care of the issue at hand gave us a loaner truck, while repairs was being made, big shout out to Corey over there in service!!! They have made a friend in us and I will continue to buy from here and recommend this place to everyone I see. Great job guys!!!

Excellent pro-active communication by Reuben to schedule warranty work once the parts were received. Professional updates and follow up. Only negative was it took nearly 3 hours for a job that was scheduled for just over 1 hour.

Jeep running good & light is no longer on. Very happy with service tec Mathew and Corey one of the service manager was awesome. Corey took care of a situation & made sure to get me a loaner vehicle. Both showed great customer service. Great reminder why I return for my jeep services.
