In the pass I’ve gone to many for several different procedures, I always felt like the dentist and the staff never said anything good about my teeth. I always wondered why? I was doing everything I should . Well I went to dr Sanchez, and well let me tell you, I have had the best experience, the doctor takes the time to explain everything to you, ask you do you bs e any question? He is so professional and polite, and even said I had good teeth. The last time I heard that, I was possibly 10. I will continue to go to him in the future. The hygienist did an amazing job on my teeth, I feel like they are super clean, she asked me if I had any questions went through everything with me. Love that she did an excellent job. The front desk manager really knows all about insurance and how to get the job done. So professional. I love the staff. The assistant was so cordial and polite, she was so careful that I wasn’t in any pain when she went to take my xrays. Thank you all

I went to this dentist office for the first time a little over a month ago. I had previously been going to another office outside of town, but needed to find a dentist that was closer and in network for insurance. During my visit, I had my teeth cleaned and x rays taken. The review of the x rays was contrary to when I had the x rays taken at my dentist from out of town. I requested this office review the documentation from my previous dentist. I went in and ensured that the documents had been transferred. It has been a month and I have not heard from this office. I have called multiple times and gone inside; each time I am told the dentist is still reviewing my records. If this office doesn't care to review my records in a month's time period, I'll find another dentist. It should also be noted that the front desk staff is unwelcoming and does not appear to care about patients. If they tell you they will call you back, don't trust them. You have to follow up.

My former dentist retired 5 years ago. I hadn't found a new dentist I really liked until I found Dr. Sanchez. He takes time to interact and ask/answer questions. His staff are great. I would go beyond efficient as some have written. I would say that while I'm there they genuinely care about me. One of the things I love the most is their high-tech x-ray equipment. You are able to see them instantly. It's an excellent tool for patient & Dentist. I've referred family members to Dr. Sanchez.
