Unacceptable care from Dr Edward Brooks. My kids were seen 5/2/18 and had some bloodwork done and as of 7/13/18 early morning we hadn’t gotten a response. So I text the doctor and told him my daughter has been suffering incredible itching because of her lesions and I finally got a text back stating “my apologies, I contacted your daughter”. His response to her is “labs normal but urune results”. Not at all addressing the fact my daughter is still suffering. He sent her another message asking her to have her brother contact him about his results because there are abnormalities but no urine. Remember all these test were done May 2. And no results. Unacceptable!!!
