I had the most amazing, relaxing, and refreshing experience at Healthy Skin Spa in Boerne. My massage was incredible and the facial with Renée was out of this world. It was the most relaxing afternoon ever. I would highly recommend to anyone. Truly a little hill country gem. Already gifted several services to family members.

Healthy Skin Spa in Boerne is a fantastic spot if you want amazing service, quality products, and excellent care. The treatments were personalized for my needs and I very much appreciated that. I love the essential oils they diffuse as you get pampered. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a lovely and soothing experience.

I came to visit family and was treated to an afternoon at the spa. What a fabulous gift!! Tiffany gave an amazing massage. She knew the exact spots to work on to help this old body feel so much better. And Renée’s facial was wonderful. I can actually see a difference!! If you’re looking for the whole spa experience plus the skill of experts in their art, this is the place to go!!

I booked my first custom facial with Renee, which was much more than just a facial; plus it's the most relaxing, personally nurturing atmosphere I've experienced in years! It's very elegant, professional & private. I'll be going back to try other services & organic skincare products. This place could be in Hollywood or New York, but it's right outside our small Hill Country town. Nice!
