Corey Friar from Hill Country Overhead Door is awesome. He fixed my automatic gate that has not worked correctly in years. In addition, he added a new key pad and serviced my garage doors. He explained the remote options and helped me understand which one was right for me. Cory also e-mailed me the manual to my gate in case I ever need to change the code on my own. He was super efficient. My gate and garage doors have never worked better!!

The wife called today, Nd they were able to come out this afternoon. Corey, was very friendly and personable. We tried to replace the sensors, but unfortunately they still didn’t work. So he was helpful, and had a new unit on his truck that we had him install. We also chatted about a driveway gate, Nd he gave us some information to think about. Both my wife and I were very satisfied with this service. We would recommend them again.
Totally impressed and very satisfied with this company! I called this morning for service and they put me on the list for today, which was a nice surprise. The technician, Corey, called as expected prior to arrival and was extremely pleasant to deal with. It didn’t take long for him to diagnose our problem and he gave us two options; (1) an easy, inexpensive fix but only a ‘workaround’ for normal operations and (2) to replace the entire unit. We chose the latter but appreciated his honesty and concern with our costs. He was efficient and had us back up and running in less than one hour, fully explaining the operations of the new unit. Ask for Corey and you won’t be disappointed, for sure!
Non existent warranty on these doors. Tried calling to find out information after buying a house with a door installed by this company 6 months ago and the manager was VERY rude and unprofessional. Now we are stuck using zip ties to hold the pos together and it continues to fall off the track. We will stick to the smaller friendly garage door company we normally use and recommend anyone else do the same if they don’t want issues down the road.
