I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service and knowledge that has been shown to me. Took a 20 year break from bow hunting and man had technology changed. Scott and his staff are patient and detailed in making sure I understand every time I visit. I highly recommend the Leading Edge team to anyone just starting and the highly experienced bow connoisseur alike.

Worst customer service ever. Just left this place. My son needed a new sight. While the employee was installing the sight he asks my son \Do mommy and daddy know you have their credit card?\ This employee has just caused us to never spend another dime in this establishment. I can only hope scott does something about this. Do not shop here the customer service is disgusting.

Have you ever received a call for a hunting trip then realize you never fixed what you broke the following trip. Well that happened to me two weeks ago. Driving from Houston to West Texas and trying to figure out where I could stop to pick up additional arrows, broadheads and a few other items that I couldn't find in Houston without driving the opposite direction. Not only did Scott have in stock what I needed butasked me what color I wanted my fletches so they would be ready when I got there. Scott also tuned my bow to make sure after two years of sitting in the case would I be setup for success. The customer service was unlike any customer service I have experienced and I felt like the employees were my friends. Professional is an understatement. I will make the drive to Boerne anytime I ever need anything for by Bow just to show my support to such a great business. Scott introduced me to a customer who was sitting at the counter while his grandson was practicing. It's not everyday you meet a retired 3 star general that has devoted his efforts in supporting veterans. Here is a quick example of what Scott did. I wanted a light for my reticles being mine is gone and I have no clue where it is. Scott had a used light and took batteries from a new sight with the same light that he could have just as easily charged me for, I would have never known he had a used light. He told me this way I didn't have to stop and look for batteries and I could hunt that evening He would get replacement batteries for the new site. When is the last time you received that kind of customer service? As a veteran myself, I appreciate the little things from companies that support veterans. I'm not talking about a discount (even though Scott gave me a discount) it was his overall pride to be an American and a proud father of a US Soldier. Great shop. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very impressed with their knowledge and willing to work with customers. They completely outfitted a new bow for me and spent significant time helping me get everything set up and sighted in. Would highly recommend it for anyone, even if in San Antonio. The service and expertise is well worth the drive!

I am very new to archery and went to Leading Edge Archery to get some help with my form that was causing me a tremendous amount of pain in my front shoulder, and also to get some things installed on my bow. I was extremely impressed within the first 5 minutes of talking to the crew there. They were able to correct my form (where as other shops were not) and help me shoot pain free. They were also very knowledgeable and actually took interest in setting me up with the right equipment. And also provided very fast and awesome service as far as installing items on my bow and cutting arrows for me. I think I would have given up archery due to the pain if I had not walked into the shop. I am about an hour away but I will drive there and give them my business any time I need products or advice 10/10 times. The entire crew was great! Thank yall for all of the help.
