If you have little ones I totally recommend you make time to visit. The drive through the lights is so cute specially with those Texas dark skies... Then you walk around the old town, it is decorated everywhere you look. They hand the kiddos a sheet for scavenger hunt(mine loved it). There's a food truck area, live music in the dance hall and small business vendors. There's so many photo ops, kiddos got to see and talk to santa and to top it off they rosted marshmallows by the open fire. The weather was nice and chilly so it made the night even better.

TBH, if you're looking for a great Christmas lights experience, this is not where I would send you. It's a 15 entrance, and then you still have to purchase any food/drink/vendor items you want. Don't get me wrong, I understand those things, and I'm certainly not asking for the vendors selling homemade products to take the brunt end of the stick on that, but I do think it would make more sense if the 15 entrance fee got you one free beer/coffee/hot cocoa/water, or something. The food vendors; however, are fantastic. I had the shrimp and sausage gumbo from one vendor and my husband had the chili from another, and we were both extremely satisfied with the food. We did end up purchasing a couple of things from the vendors inside as gifts for others, too. However, I'm not sure I would really be inclined to go back next year, or at least I'd be more prepared as the lights display was not what I expected.

We thought this was a drive through experience like a lot of the other light up events in the area. When we pulled up the people at the entrance were very rude. We asked them if we needed to get out of the car, and they said no, we don’t get out of the car to attend, then asked us to pay. Super Overpriced. Once we were more in, we realized this was not drive through and they had lied to us at the entrance. We asked one of the employees for a refund, since we were traveling with a family member with underlying conditions and were denied. We were out of 60 already at this point so a few of us got out of the car to check it out. Minimal social distancing, a lot of people without masks, and just stores and stuff where you needed spend even more money. If you like to spend cash for an underwhelming experience and a chance to pretend we’re not currently in a pandemic, this is it.

Its a great place to visit if covid wasn't a thing but since it is there was no social distancing, no crowed control and many not wearing mask and no staff addressing this. It's a shame because it really is a nice place but If you are trying to stay safe just wait until next year. Had I known I would have not gone.

Pretty small but everyone is friendly, thr cocoa is good, and there's some cute photo ops. The drive-thru part is just super short

This was a huge disappointment. Way too expensive. The tiniest drive-thru we’ve experienced. Santa’s Ranch is the best there is. I also love the trail of lights in Wimberley with free parking & free admission.

Expensive and terrible customer service. The lights are disappointing. Don’t waste your money. I expected more for a per person entry fee. There are other much bigger and better light displays in the area.

A great place to let the kids run around and enjoy some Christmas spirit.
