We are regular customers of this specific location We are very grateful for the work your team is doing during this tough time. Our favorite order is customized pizza, and Honey chipotle wings. However, today we found something obscure with our order. The Honey Chipotle wings were lightly dressed. Normally our chicken wings are sauced well. We are highly disappointed, with this abomination. We love our Honey Chipotle wings, and we appreciate quality consistency. We would like you to know that this is our first complaint, and hopefully it would be our last.

Been picking up orders (and occasional delivery) from here regularly for a couple years. I always get great prices with online coupons, leave as soon as I place the order, and by the time I get there it is usually ready. I had one time where they forgot to include the side sauces with my wings, but that is the only issue I've had for the last couple years. Kind of surprised at all of the negative reviews.

This is our "go to" place for great pizza. The Papa John's Fair Oaks Team provides great service and is always very accommodating. We order the Gluten Free Pizza which they take out of the oven a bit earlier so my dad can eat it with a softer crust. We have been ordering pizzas for delivery for over a year and a half now and don''t plan on stopping.

The employee working the counter was 5 levels below being properly trained. I had a valid coupon, but the amount she rang up did not include my coupon that she accepted. After about 10 mins. of her not being able to explain why, she rang in the correct amount. This is not rocket science.

Purchased items, told I can re-order cause we didnt receive all we had ordered. When I said I would call Corp, they Papa Johns told me I could read my order back to them.Nothing they can do for me. Don’t bother ordering hours ahead of time because you’ll come to pick it up at the scheduled time and they will still make you wait in the store for 40 minutes

This is the first time I've ordered from here and may be my last. I had to repeat my order four times. I was told it would be thirty minutes for delivery. It was an hour and ten minutes. I called to inquire and was told they had a rush and driver had two other orders to deliver. Pizza was barely warm by the time we got it. We live 3.2 miles according to their map. For my first time ordering Papa John's I was sorely disappointed. one star was as low as I could give them.
