We called Pool Peeps out to repair a leak that was attributed to our negative edge. We paid half the cost up front as a deposit (should have been my first clue). The pool mason Demo’ed the existing negative edge. During demo, I noticed he’d chipped out the gunnite of the perfectly level edge in several places. He supposedly repaired the leak, and repaired/retiled the negative edge. Our negative edge is completely ruined. It’s clearly unlevel to the eye and now drains to one side, and the leak is not repaired at all! We called the owner, and he was very unprofessional, telling us over the phone that his mason is the best in the area and that he would send the same mason to redo his work, but it would be at our expense! We were not willing to let the same mason try to repair what he’d messed up. We will have to have the whole thing demo’ed and redone. The owner would not refund our deposit. We lost almost 2,000.

The entire team at Poolpeeps is AMAZING! They are all knowledgeable and friendly; not to mention they play with my dogs while they work cleaning and maintaining my pool! Outstanding team that Robert and Mags have! Keep up the great work and service! You allow me to enjoy my pool and I can’t thank them enough! Highly recommend them for all you pool servicing needs.

I contracted with Pool Peeps to replace the light in our pool. It took weeks to even get started, then they came back and stated they were going to have to raise the price of the contract due to more work involved. We came to agreement on the raised price. They then started the work, then didn't show back up for some time. I then finally got them back out to do the work, and they said they would stay on the job until completed. The bid from them was to completely fix the light, and included all necessary electrical work and equipment. They then tried to put off onto my electricians that were doing some other work at the house, the final installation of the light. To this date, after almost 3 months of this, I still do not have my light finished and have electrical wiring laid out by my pool. I have called and complained with both owners of the business, they have sent 2 different electricians by to \look at\ what needs to be done, but nobody has ever been back to complete. I followed up with one of the owners, and she said \maybe they don't want to work with you\, and I actually have never even met either electrician at all....and Pool Peeps is supposed to be the one paying the electrician to complete the job anyways.
