I had an appointment scheduled for a Friday before12:00. Since he didn’t show up, I texted him and he said he was running late. I said ok and to come when he was finished fir the day. Needless to say, he never made it but rescheduled for the next day. He showed up Saturday morning with someone else and I showed him how to get to diagnostic mode. He ran a diagnostic mode and told me the circuit board was going out and he would call me on Monday with a price. 70.00 later and I had a non-working washing machine still. Never even heard from him again. Unbelievable!!!!!! Not a way to run a business!!!!!

Once again Leo came to our rescue; on the first afternoon after the Christmas/New Years holidays. We had a potentially very serious issue with the wiring in our main ac/heat unit in the attic. After Leo opened up the main panel we found burned wires. Phew! So thankful he came before our house burned up.I cannot say enough good things about Leo and his company in one review. He’s earned my business for life. Thank you Leo! Well done sir.
The repairman shows up with no tools. Essentially is in the home for less than 5 minutes. Repeats what the issue that I as the customer clearly articulated before the serviceman came out. He said they he call us back the estimate cost of the part needed. As of today no calls received. I believe this a scam. On top of a non refundable 70 service fee. Be warned don't use this business.
I called them on Tuesday afternoon, set up an appointment for the following day. Leo promptly arrived within the allotted time schedule. He proceeded to take our wall oven out, diagnose and repair the high limit thermal switch in 30 minutes. He was very professional and ethical. I'd highly recommend them. Thank you!
