This spa exceeded any and all expectations I had. The experience was relaxing from the second you step in. It is spotless, smells amazing, and has relaxing features throughout the spa. I received a prenatal massage and it was absolutely amazing. The massage therapist I had was attentive and truly listened to me when I explained areas that were bothering me. I left the massage feeling relaxed and refreshed. The salt cave is unlike anything I’ve ever been in. The air is crisp and amazing fo breath in. The salt is gorgeous and feels amazing on your feet as well. The water in the salt cave is yet just another fantastic feature to make sure we felt soothed. All of the employees were so sweet and professional. I can’t wait to go back!!

We visited the salt caves at the Puresol spa. It was a lovely Sunday drive to Boerne. The signage to get to the actual spa wasn’t visible so we drove right past it. They’re building a huge community center overlooking the golf course. Our experience with the salt cave was quick and relaxing. There are 6 folding chairs that allow you to lay back. There’s nothing on the website to tell you how you should dress, but bring a sweater, it’s cold in there. They do provide blankets though for extra warmth. Luckily we didn’t have anyone else in there with us so we really got to relax in there. The cave is well lit, not too dark where you completely pass out. I’m not sure what I’m supposed to feel after sitting in there for 45 mins, but I’m hoping it helps with the dust and allergens in the air we breathe here. The girl in the front didn’t explain too much of the benefits, she just showed us where to put our stuff and put us in the room. Overall, I would do it again before cedar season hits.

We had an absolutely amazing time in the salt cave. We took our friends here who were visiting from Chicago and all of us had such a fun time. Even our two children (boy-8 / girl-6) enjoyed being there. We were treated really well and the staff was very informative. Upon our arrival they were swift in preparing us for our stay. Once we all were taken to the salt cave the lady did an incredible job telling us about all of the different types of benefits to our health the salt room provides and we all left there feeling much better. Very private, very clean, very professional, very informative and knowledgeable, very accommodating, and above all the service was the absolute best. We will be returning to stay at the resort next month. The only reason why we didn’t stay at the resort this past time was because we were only in town for a night and I had to preach on Sunday so I couldn’t miss work. But I highly recommend that you and your family visit Pure Sol Spa, you will be glad you did and your body will appreciate it as well. Thank you ladies for the best of afternoons!

My massages have been wonderful here. However, my husband bought me a membership here. The first time I went my massage was 80 minutes and the second time it was 50 minutes. I didnt know what my membership was so I didnt say anything at the time but when I got home my husband said my membership was for 80 minutes. I called to let them know I was shorted 30 minutes when I was booking my next massage and they said a manager would call me later. I didnt hear from a manager but they did call me right before my next massage to reschedule it (problem on their end) and they told me I could do 30 minutes in the salt cave to make up for it. Well when I showed up they said the salt cave was to make up for the 30 minutes they shorted me on the previous massage, not for rescheduling my appointment. I told them I wouldn't have accepted that, had I known (sitting in a room full of salt is not the same as a massage) and that I still wanted to get additional massage time. They told me a manager would call me. Never heard from the manager, and it's been a month now. It's pretty unprofessional to tell me a manager will call and have them never call me, especially when I have a membership here.

Amazing experience and they are generous as they are courteous. Great treatment options and they never make you feel rushed. We had a great time and treatments were all worth it

Edit*** although had issues with scheduling the experience was one of the best my wife’s ever had. She can’t stop talking about this place. Highly recommend it. They catered to her requests and made her feel very comfortable. I may change this rating after the date of my service but it's going to have to be pretty amazing. I booked a couples massage for me and my wife for her birthday along with a facial and 45min in the salt caves around 2 months ago. I get a call a week before the the services and they tell me that they can no longer offer the couple massage and have to book it separately. At this point I'm pretty upset because I was proactive and booked well in advance. Their solution was to make my massage go first while my wife waits and hour and then she go in for her services. Not exactly the best idea if you ask me, why would I bring her to a spa only to have her wait an hour sitting around while I get a massage. Long story short I had to cancel my massage with her so now I'm sitting there for 3 hours. Would of been nice to have the service I booked. Very disappointed

I truly enjoyed the Salt Cave experience. It was very relaxing. I was suffering from a cold and allergies and this certainly helped.

Salt "cave" room was a unique experience, interesting to think that they shipped all the materials in. The service was good, but couldn't rate it a "5". Staff seems overworked in admin. Overall, I might come back but would be seeking the on-site specials, not the website prices.
