What good does having a phone number listed do if you don't answer 9 phone calls during business hours? I needed additional info for an important appointment that I'm now missing. AND I can't even leave a message because there's no voicemail set up.

The staff was very helpful. They did have a long wait for a walk in test but the staff explained the best way to be seen as quickly as possible. Overall, I was very pleased with their professionalism & customer service.

This is the worst bloodwork company I’ve ever dealt with. Blood work request was faxed to them by my heart doctor yesterday. Drive in today and they don’t have it. Doctor said it’s been transmitted to Quest. There is no one to call to see if they have it or not. After several more uses of Quest, it seems they have improved. Only choice close to me. At least the employees are really nice.

Love going to Boerne Quest Diagnostics specifically because they are always on time, professional and very friendly. Also, they have never hurt me or had to stick me more than once and I’ve never had a bruise after my blood was drawn. I will never go back to having my blood drawn at my GP office.
