Update: I am an ex-stylist for this location, due to Covid I am not working at the location but I wanted to leave a review about working for this owner and the salon. The owners are family oriented and care about their stylists. It is a great place to begin your career and begin building your business. The pay is above fair. The times we are in are uncertain and it’s unfortunate that I am not able to call the salon home anymore but I do believe if you are LOOKING for a way to get into the industry, this is a great start or stop for you! The pay is above fair, making commission or hourly depending on what’s greatest however, as a stylist I strongly encourage you to think high and go in with an attitude to achieve greater than the expected minimum. Who wants to work for an hourly wage when you can make more than that? Therefore, I strongly suggest going in with an entrepreneur attitude and start to build your business!!! The customers are truly an asset to this location, they will become family as well, there are many regulars and a lot of regulars are willing to give new stylist a chance to perform their magic. Great place! Dolly was my hairdresser and she did an amazing job. Very accommodating and polite. Great staff and awesome service for a reasonable price. Would definitely come back!
I would consider this a high-end hair salon with all the products and the sales on the better hair care solutions. It was 135 for highlights and a style for longer hair. It's the first shop you come to after entering the Walmart on the end where the pharmacy is
I went in with my hair past my shoulders. I requested a swing bob. The stylist stated he- she could do it w no problem one side is very very short the other side LOOKED like I let my 3 year old cut my hair. I try to curl it w a curling iron, I cant as it's not even anywhere on my head. I totally regret it. Its tooooo short to attempt to blowdry much less use mousse. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!
