Awesome place for imaging. The front desk is fast, friendly and efficient. MRI professional was so nice. She made my visit super easy. I would absolutely go back. Big thanks to everyone!

I've been to the Boerne location twice in the past month...had terrible front office experience both times. Why do they even book appointments? You're not going to get in at your appointed time! Sitting an hour and a half past my appointment the first time and 45 minutes past the second time, with no communication from the staff, is just not acceptable. If you can't get someone in during their time, let them know. Don't just leave them sitting. There are other, better places to go. Next time it will be Blue Star Imaging.

The front desk secretaries at this location had a odious arrogance. They’re impertinent and abrasive. Don’t count on them to get your paperwork right, they’re clueless. They’ll schedule you for whatever test that SOUNDS ABOUT RIGHT. Management needs to really step it up here. I’ve experienced excellent service at a different location. It’s an inconvenience to go to the other location, but perhaps I just will and take friends and family along. You’d be doing yourself a big favor by going somewhere else. I’ll consider changing my review when I experience positive changes.

This place is a complete cluster. I had an appointment and showed up and she said we didn't have one. Had to wait for awhile and the lady at the front was not friendly at all. Two stars because the person who did the x-ray was super nice.
