I took my 5 year old son in for a haircut today. Virginia was great! She made sure he was comfortable and asked me lots of questions before she cut his hair. I also got a hair cut done by Elia. She was amazing as well. Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. Great product selection. We will definitely go back in the future for cuts and styles! Thanks so much

HORRIBLE. Avoid this place. Virginia acted like she had never cut hair before. She only sprayed part of it down so chunks of it were cut dry. One side is longer than the other. The bottom is terribly ragged/uneven with pieces sticking out a good inch from the rest. I actually had to trim pieces off MYSELF at home. I mean I know it’s risky going to one of these places, but come on. Would give a 0 star if I could.
My husband and I got our hair cuts here today and we both love the outcome. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the great service.
If I could give zero stars I would. Syamar butchered my daughters hair. “You get what you paid for” is meant for this place. STAY AWAY!!!!
Awesome cuts on me and my son. Not too many good stylists in boerne. Hope they continue to do well and maintain the good staff they do have. Enjoyed the no wait time but I know that once The word gets out on Supercuts it'll be packed.
Bad service. The wait time is totally inaccurate. my child is young so I called ahead of time to get an estimate for the wait time. The lady said that there were two stylists and no customers waiting. I immediately checked in online where the estimated wait time was 3 minutes. When I arrived they told me I needed to additionally check in on paper and that there were two other people ahead of me. Two people are getting their haircut at that time as well. I waited for a full 20 to 25 minutes and still did not get my son's haircut. I had to leave because he was getting restless. I wish that they would have just been upfront with me on the phone about the real wait time. I would have never gone and wasted my time sitting there had I had known that I would have had to wait for an extended length of time.
I love the Kerrville location. The staff is great and I always get a quality hair cut just the way I like it
