Amazing golf course. Didn't stay at the resort only golfed. Pro shop is welcoming and the staff is friendly. Fairways and greens are in swear shape. The views are spectacular with the good looking homes lining the fairways. Challenging and fun holes to keep all levels entertained. Bonus carshow while we were there added to the bonus enjoyment.

This resort did not meet our expectations; the website photos are very deceiving. The rooms were not clean and very outdated. The hotel aspect of the resort was more like a motel than a hotel, however, they are charging hotel rates. Guests should be aware of what they are getting into before they commit. We only stayed one night and cut the rest of our stay short. Management was understanding, however, major changes need to occur in order to meet minimum expectations.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Tapatio during the “historic” winter storm Uri. The road to and from the resort ended up being closed for a full day, so we had no choice but to make the most of our stay there. They were so accommodating and friendly. I couldn’t get over the incredible design and decor. We had an amazing stay despite the arctic cold. Definitely plan on returning in better weather to commiserate our wedding engagement there!

The bed and pillows are wonderful. The resort is beautiful, and serene. The pools are available, all year round. They are heated and very inviting. The food was good. All the staff were very helpful and bent over backwards, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If you are looking for an upscale resort, like Marriott or Hyatt Regency, this is not your kind of place. It is out in the country and some painting, would spruce the place up. That is not that important. The room rates are very reasonable. They are also pet friendly. I will definitely go back again.

That breakfast biscuits and gravy dish was to die for. It was the only thing that consistently tasted good as I ordered many dishes on repeat. Nice place. Great sunsets. Friendly servers. There were some hiccups but will likely return for more golf adventures.

This is by far one of the best places to stay, great customer service, very friendly, the room was nice and clean. The outdoor views were very scenic.

Rooms are comfortable. Hot water and ac works. However either a business decision was made to not renovate the oddly designed bathroom. Wall paper is old and peeling. Cleanliness of it (needs a deep cleaning). Outside of buildings for hotel rooms have definite damage to tile stairs (only way to get upstairs) Overall the lodging areas look very mid 70s/80s without facility upkeep. Is it worth the 259 per night plus tax, absolutely not. It is a old Laquinta Inn feel. At best, it is worth 100 per night.

We enjoyed my niece's wedding here which was fantastic. The venue and amenities were exceptional. But given the location the rooms were ok we had a toilet leak so they did discount the room for us. Didn't like the fact that there is no microwave. Well at least our other parties didn't either which is odd. All in all I would venture to come back for a weekend getaway.
