Very disappointing... Look for a better company who really CARES for your Child. Save yourself some headache, their incompetentence is SHINING IN THIS COMPANY! They simply do not have the experience neither the TABS needed to deal with Autistic children. The company simply blamed my sister for their own INCOMPETENCE! and even had the audacity by phone to tell that to us!.

Very disappointed with this company. My doctor sent over a referral for a home health nurse. Texas kids came and met with us while we where inpatient in the hospital. I asked what days and nights would work for them Katie said whatever I need just send me a text message of the schedule. So I did send her a schedule a week later because we where still in the hospital dealing with things. She said that schedule would be very hard to find a nurse. So we came up with another one. I asked Katie if that worked she said yes. The next day she called and said she was dropping us because they could not schedule a nurse for our daughter. That they where short staffed. So instead of informing right of the bat that they could not take my daughters case Katie strung me along. I could have already met with a different company and my daughter could be getting the help she needs. So thank you for wasting my time! Texas Kids has poor organization and needs to get there act together. You are here to help families with medically complex kids not make there life harder. Highly disappointed will never recommend them to anyone.

Great company to work for. Owners really care about their staff and have an excellent office staff to top it off. They are very accommodating within reason & have went out of their way for me a time or two. Such a great place to work. I was surprised when I first started at how professional/ at home everyone made me feel. 5 stars for sure!

We have used Texas Kids for over 2 years now. Over the past month, our child won 4 gold medals at the area swim meet and 3 golds/1 Bronze at the State Swim Meet (Special Olympics). This was NOT possible 2 years ago. Her Speech, OT and PT therapists have helped her grow into a CHAMPION! Her confidence in communication, education and now sports have sky rocketed. It truly takes a TEAM (or \village\) to raise children, especially those with Special Needs. Texas Kids is an integral part of our child's TEAM! The therapists are as much a part of her family as anyone. THANK YOU!!!!

Disappointed by the therapists associated with this company. My son saw two different therapists with this company for OT. I don't know if they simply don't understand that there are good days and bad days when it comes to children with autism. Our second therapist saw him for a couple of months and after two bad sessions proclaimed that she was not vibing with my son and wanted him to see someone else. Something she only informed me about in a text message. Completely unprofessional in her handling of the situation and the way she felt towards my child. Its your job to deal with children and you give up on them. Afterwards, I refused to have my son with this company since it was obvious they are hiring people who don't know how to cope with children with autism.
