So much better than dealing with the big box stores and the carpet is nicer without a noticeable difference in pricing. Dave was extremely helpful and the install went without a hitch. I've never had a quicker or better result with anyone else. Highly recommend.

There are no prices on their website. When a "woman" named "Florence" pops up in a chat window..."she" is of no help... she is not actually a person. I really hate when businesses start a convo with you under the guise of being an actually person, it is disheartening. Side note; The only company that I have come across that gives you the opportunity to chat with a real person is Nordstrom. They are an excellent model of customer service.

Avoid this place. Had them install carpet on stairs and walkways. Their installer came in, was 30 mins late for the job, and immediately you could tell he had an attitude problem. Questioned whether it was what we wanted and insinuated that what we had chosen was going to look bad, because it was separate pieces of carpet and was apparently, the cheapest option they had. Almost 4k for an overpriced carpet installation is cheap?! The new carpets themselves were dirty, and covered in dust, debris and bits of hair. The response was that he worked in a shop and there was dirt everywhere. How is this my problem? Clean up your product before you bring it into my home. Not a professional way to do an installation and interact with customers. Will not be using or recommending this business. Disappointed.

We looked at many places before deciding to go with Bogarts Carpet. The owner was very friendly & patient when helping us find the right hardwood floors and area rugs that would work with all of my animals as well as making sure it fit into our budget. The installers were courteous during their entire time at my house and even cleaned everything before they left! My husband and I are beyond pleased with how our floors turned out! We will definitely be using Bogarts Carpet again when we need to redo our basement carpets!
