Very helpful staff who did do their utmost to make the entire experience as easy as possible, including lending us some enormous cutters to chop our padlock off...forgot the code!! Only criticism, and believe me this really is so minor as not really worth writing about, but if you have a trailer, it is easier to drive in, disconnect it etc.m as there is not a huge amount of space to manoeuvre! Overall, spotlessly clean, no dampness whatsoever, very secure, v customer friendly, we really cannot fault anything. Highly recommended, and from me, that’s saying something!
I have stored goods and household items with Storage Mart for ten years. During that time they have been efficient, friendly and helpful. I removed my goods recently and everything was in excellent condition, awaited a feat after such a time. The refund that was due to me was paid on the day I vacated the unit. I have no hesitation in recommending them. They are a very good place for any storage needs.
I’m really happy that i found this place to store my belongings. Very clean and very safe. Staff is absolutely amazing, helpful and makes me feel welcomed.
Moved stuff into our space yesterday.... Positives: - quick and easy to set up - friendly staff - really well set up to make taking stuff in and out a cinch! - good efforts at being covid-safe Negatives: - very disappointed that we were told the 'first month free' which was offered on both the website and on a large placard at the site, was no longer being offered, only after we'd paid and transported our first load - additional required payment for insurance was not apparent until the point of signing the agreement
