Hsjr design and build complete a large amount of plastering on our home earlier this year. Plastering was of great quality and they were very clean and left each room spotless.
In 2018 we had our loft conversion and rear extension completed by Hsjr design and build it was a fantastic experience from start to finish the job took a little longer than first agreed but the end result was just what we wanted. We were talked through every part of the job by James and made to feel at ease. Look no further than Hsjr design and build for your building needs.
Hsjr design and build have completed a full bathroom refurbishment for us. I could not be more pleased with the job it was completed start to finish in 10 days and it looks fantastic, every one that's used it has commented on how good it looks.
I recently had Hsjr design and build complete a full house refurbishment, I was a little concerned at first regarding the bad reviews but after speaking to James I agreed to go ahead and I could not be more pleased. From start to finish the quality of work and communication has been fantastic, the job was completed on time and with in our buget I couldn't recommend Hsjr design and build more.
we moved in to our first new house last year and started our hunt for a local builder to help us, from the first appointment I knew we were going to hire james he was helpful and had some great ideas he was also willing to work around us. he has since fitted our new kitchen and remodeled our downstairs bathroom and plastered a few of our rooms, we are very pleased with the quality of work and his ability to over come problems, we have several more jobs for him to complete throughout this year. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Took deposit then never showed up. Contact numbers don't work. A month later he still has not refunded my deposit and does not respond to emails.
DO NOT USE. ROGUE TRADER. I employed James to completed decking and built in wardrobes. Money was taken in Novembet for the decking and it is now March, James has walked off site and there is not enough decking to complete the job. He has also not complete the wardrobes. Do not believe what is written on the website. James didn’t turn up for days and never contacted us. His communication has been awful and now we can’t contact him at all. We contacted him via the my builder app. The website has now closed his account because of his awful practice. Please do not make the mistake of using this firm, I will now need to spend time and money trying to rectify this issue. Save yourself and use another firm/ builder. Have given one star as not able to go any lower.
