As much as I support the Post Office, I am in agreement with the attitude of the staff. You somehow feel unwelcomed regardless of what you are posting. It's a shame but because of this I haven't used their services at all this year. I highly recommend Rose Green Post Office - the owner is friendly and they are very knowledgeable and efficient.

Can't belive how rude the shop staff are. While you are in the q for the post office part (whose staff are great) they make rude comments about those in the que. Owner has an issue about customers who use the shop opposite who are nice and friendly. Where would you rather shop? All West Meads residents talk about how rude the owners are.
Can not believe the rudeness I experienced from the shop staff today whilst queuing for the post office. I shall definitely take my business elsewhere.
I was in the que for the post office and i could overhear who I believe to be the owner talking disrespectfully about the customers in the shop.

Lovely shop! Stocked with everything you need. Owners are lovely, will always get anything you need if they haven't got I stock. Always leave laughing!!! Post office is brilliant too! I look forward to shopping/posting in there!
A lovely, local, family run convenience store. Always has the items I need. If not, Julie is always happy to get some in for me the next day. Very friendly staff at the till and the post office. I've been very happy to support this local shop during these uncertain times and will continue to do so!
