Genre's Fried And Lechon Manok這間店是分成烤雞跟炸雞脖子。現烤烤雞肉質很嫩但是只有單吃烤雞，嘴巴的味覺感到有重鹹味必須點上飲料才能中和這種感覺 (吃完會超渴，因為我看鄰桌點烤雞的客人都是有搭配白飯在吃) 。Genre's Fried And Lechon Manok烤雞店就在Bilar Public Market市場的斜對面，餐廳沒有英文菜單，點餐要跟老板直接點，和老板溝通比較困難因為老板的英文需要找炸雞脖子的老板幫忙，烤雞店緊鄰隔壁攤是炸雞脖子店，這攤排隊人潮很多，大家都在買感覺蠻特別的。我也買了幾隻來吃，味道蠻不錯。
