This place is great. It took a couple months to get my repairs done but, they told me from the beginning so, I was okay with that. Price for repairs were reasonable. They do pick up and deliveries. Wonderful place to do business. They were good to me

My riding mower was picked up on 8.10.20 for repair, 10 weeks later, on 10.19.20 it was returned! Due to the length of time waiting for repair, I had to purchase another mower. I DID NOT consider Boiling Springs Small Engine Repair for my purchase, due to their inability to repair a mower in a timely manner! My mower was garage kept, yet when it was returned, it was obvious that it was left exposed to the weather, mud had splashed on the mower, rust on top of my mower deck, it was absolutely filthy! I called several times to check on repair, and was never able to get a definitive answer on when my mower would be repaired. I believe I spoke with Jeff, he was apologetic, but the lack of repair was not his fault. I will NEVER do business with, or recommend this business! If I could give less than 1 star, I would!

The owner is extremely nice, cannot say the same for employees. First they put a tire on backwards, ruined the tire, took paint off side of mower. Next they were suppose to put on mulching kit, delivered mower with no gas and no mulching kit. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

The go to for your mower and small engine needs. For the most part the staff is friendly, go ask for Jeff or Frank. They also do rental as well and are usually a good bit cheaper than the competition around here. They have always done me right whenever I need to buy things for my mower or anything regarding my landscaping business.
