(-) The apartments are not energy efficient, and drafts are a daily occurrence. Parking has become an issue in the evenings. Noise level during summer nights is terrible if located near clubhouse. Walls are thin. Not sure what the "Luxury" is... () Maintenance is timely and great at what they do.
