Buying a home can be stressful, buying and building a home can be very stressful, so can you image what it would be like buying and building a new home while living out of state during a pandemic, what could possibly go wrong? Well, we did it and it not what you would think. Sierra, Carlie and Austin had us covered, they are truly a DREAM TEAM to work with!!! They reassured us from day one that they would make it a pleasant experience for us, and they did. They took care of things that they could handle without even bothering us with it. They gave us updates on the progress and the process. Sierra and Austin made themselves available to us at the last minute one weekend when we came to town. Literally, we contacted them a Friday morning and they said they would meet us at our convenience. While at the same time they were going through the same building/buying process. Sierra was closing the next week and Austin was signing his contract that same afternoon, but still they made themselves available to us. Sierra and Carlie were our advocates in the sales and loan process and Austin sent us weekly video so we could experience our house being built! Sierra and Carlie and Austin are our DREAM TEAM!!! They are professional, knowledgeable, patient, kind, friendly, they are AWESOME!!! We believe your experience will be the same with the DREAM TEAM!!!

We are currently working with Ryan Homes to build and purchase our first home! As any first home buyer knows, this is a very excited yet scary process that involves quite a bit. We have loved working with Ryan homes so far, specifically Sierra! She has helped us from the day we stopped by inquiring about their new community and literally has held our hand through it all so far. I have asked her a million questions and she has never once made me feel like I’m a bother or that I’m reaching out to much and let me tell you I have reached out A LOT! If you’re looking at going through Ryan homes for your own home I recommend them but hope you get lucky enough to have Sierra!
My Wife and I are having a house built in elm wood cottages in boiling springs. We can’t say enough about our experience with Ryan homes, it has been exceptional. When we first visited the model home we were greeted by Sierra, she was very kind and friendly and wonderful to work with. As a retired couple the one level house fits our lifestyle so well and with the landscaping and lawn mowing service it’s great. We are very happy and can’t wait to start our retirement in our beautiful Ryan home.
Recently began working with Ryan Homes to purchase my first house! What started as a simple meet and greet to look at floor plans and talk about the possibility of becoming a home owner has now become a reality. I can’t say enough good things about Sierra Simmons! She has been absolutely wonderful to work with and has definitely made a potentially scary/nerve wracking experience much more relaxed and straight forward for me. I look forward to continuing this journey with her and Ryan Homes!!! I highly recommend Sierra and wish I could give her more than just 5*!!!
My experience with Ryan Homes has been nothing but amazing! From my Saleswoman Sierra to Lending, Carlie and Allen and Austin my Project Manager, each step has been wonderful!
