To be perfectly honest I really did want to like this restaurant. But my overall experience was not good. The only positive thing to say about this restaurant is the staff. All friendly and I was lucky to have a waitress that spoke English and gave me a English menu. The food here could of been a lot better. I started with the house salad. It was very cold and it did not taste fresh and I had very little dressing on it. And for my main course I had “ Jack world famous chicken fingers “ and I had the Buffalo kind. It tasted very vinegary, your not able to taste the chicken. It like the chef over pour the hot sauce on it. The waitress was honest and told me that they used Frank Red Hot Sauce, not there own mix. Other negative thing it is overpriced for the quantity. Just a coke is 4 ( not sure if refills were included ) Not sure I will come back again.

I celebrated my nomination earlier this evening in this great place. happy to tell that it was a delightful evening and the venue was evidently the reason for this successful celebration. The stuff participated in a splendid manner, the meals were delicious and my friends were very joyful. We shall no dout visit again for more events. thanks very much.
The food was delicious, especially the sweet potato fries. The service was good. The wine was very good. The cocktails were a waste of money. We had a martini before we ate and a 2 different cocktails after we finished eating. I couldn't tell if there was any alcohol in the drinks. If you go there, skip the cocktails and stick with beer and/or wine.
The Service : If not for the service I would have give it a 5 stars. Just to get the Nacho took a full hour. People who had other waiters came and left, but ours was just soooooooooo slow and didnt seem to care at all. The Food : When it comes to my food, I am usually very picky. We ordered the Nacho plate and it was simply delicious, I couldnt stop myself ! I had the Chicken parmasian ver 2, even if I tried, I couldnt find anything bad to say about, except maybe it bit more salt would be welcome. The pasta were perfectly cook, just enough sauce and served under not to ruined the chicken batter crispyness. The chicken breast was juicy and the batter was so crispy. My wife took the Asian sesame chicken bowl, the veggie were crispy, chicken was delicious and the rice was just right. I would go back there and not be ashame to recommand it to friends, I would chose another waiter for sure tho. Cudo to the kitchen staff.
Decided to try Jack Astor's and eat outside on the patio. The food was ok but not worth the price for the burgers. The plate was surprising small with the burger and fries for 16.00 Would not order again. We also had the fish and chips which were a better choice than the burger. The children's meal is ok, nothin special but comes with drink and dessert. The staff were great and made the meal more enjoyable. Safety measures were in place and inside the booths had plexus glass between them. Outside the tables were spaced farther apart. Our choice for dining is outside. The best laugh I had were the toilets. Max 2 persons at a time. And how they block the urinals in the men's bathroom is priceless.
Good place to eat and drink. Have been there on my birthday and have gotten a small special gift. Its very nice.
Attentive service and great atmosphere!
No photos this time as we got some classics. But I must say out of all the Jack's I've been too, none top the service at the Boisbriand location. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and engaging. Xavier and Jess took great care of us and made the afternoon/evening one to remember!
