The gym was empty and the front desk refused to let my mom sit on a chair for 45 mins to watch me boulder without having to pay 10. The gym didn’t have more than 10 ppl in it therefore she wasn’t taking up capacity for someone else who could have come in. Absolutely no customer service and no supervisor on duty or anyone with the authority to make a decision for at least 2 hours. It cost 15 to climb, yet they wanted to charge me 10 for her to sit on a chair. This is just not the way to do business. I’ve climbed around the world, yet the local gym in my back yard has the worst customer service I’ve ever been to. They just smiled at me and said they had to follow the rules - if you won’t let your employees make decisions you need to have a supervisor on duty who can.

I’ve done a lot of climbing gym and this one is the worst. Have a great potential but they don’t use it. Their reset at Boisbriand is completely unpleasant... at least they have a moonboard so you can forget about those horrible resets. The staff is actually friendly but look like they’ve been giving a bad organisation to manage. I just don’t recommend to pay to climb there.

The climbing is cool. First comets get a discount. 21 for 3 people if I am not mistaking. They have a decent variety of options with all difficulties. They also have a gym at the top that is decent and where you could practice climbing techniques. Moreover, you should expect very dried hands and environment as a lot of people use that non friction powder. But in overall, it is a great place for friendly competitions or just to work on your forearm and grip strength

Great bouldering and climbing. However, they changed many of the terms in the middle of my annual membership...making for a poor client experience. They will also make you wait at the counter for no apparent reason.

Busy place on Friday nights! Can accomodate large group if notifyed in advance. Great place to do wall climbing even if you are inexperienced. Absolute fun for all ages
