We have attended this theatre exclusively for a few years. Visited during the brief reopening. It was hugely disappointing. The theatre was dumpy looking and the employees were unfriendly and distracted. Since the second closing we have been going to the Majestic Theatre. We will never go back. Beautiful, recliner seats, rewards program and costs the same. Goodbye Edwards.

A sub par experience in the 21st century. Disgruntled employees (come on, be friendly and you'll have more patrons), dirty environment, and lack of architectural/design planning (bathrooms are poorly located, etc.). In fact, the 80's called and they want their theatre design back. It was surprising how small each theater actually was, not to mention the inadequate sound quality. Boise is a growing market, and it's time that someone built a proper theater experience ... unfortunately, this is not it.
Edward's 21 regal theaters the choice of choices rated as the number one theater in Boise no matter what is playing here I as always enjoy myself the drink selection is nice but what draws my attention here is the customer service rate the fact is regal is a theater well wrapped in a good wholesome reputation the way I see it is what better place to bring as guest to be able to enjoy a show and get good food as t a good price not cheap food good reputable food the only food vendors regal works with is top of the line vendors which in my opinion makes for a better experience not only are the movies good and the sound quality as also good but they are surrounded by top of the line restaurants and places to shop live a couple minutes down the road and walking there is a great exercise routine walking back after the movie also fun no questioning this place you want somewhere to enjoy a movie look no further then Edward's boise and imax
Great experience. The seats are good and the sound is great. The stuffs are nice. Tuesdays have 5 ticket which is great. The bathrooms are clean. With the membership and its points you can have different offers.
Love this theatre. Beautiful, clean, great employees. Seats are so comfy. Tuesdays are bargain day. See you again soon.
