Loren from room service was very knowledgeable about the food, and made some recommendations that were absolutely delicious!! Michael R the bartender, was very knowledgeable about the drinks that tasted great. But, if you ask me his company made it better!! He was fun to with and got some great insights on places that were kid friendly!! I loved the staff and those whom made our family trip amazing!! When I come back to Boise I won't stay anywhere else!! Thank you Grove Hotel!!

This place is wonderful. By far my favorite place to stay in Boise. It’s gorgeous inside and out. The restaurant is top notch. And the service is exceptional. In particular Natasha helped us and she’s fantastic. I will gladly pay more per night for a place to hire quality people like her. Great pool and gym also. Sadly the dry sauna was broken but the the wet sauna was still nice. Great valet staff as well. Perfect to walk around the city and explore. Plus they offer free bikes !!
What a treat. We spent 1 night as we traveled through Boise and we both agreed we needed to make our next stay a few nights long. Wonderful guest services, Nathan was fantastic and helped with our many bags. The room service was incredible. We'll be back again!
Don't expect anything too nice. Old, creaky spring mattress, strong scents of disinfectant. Despite policy that all employees mask we walked right past housekeeping staff unmasked making up a new room for guests. For much less money we could have had a more comfortable stay at a standard family hotel. That being said, we got the breakfast package and the breakfast was well done. And staff we interacted with were friendly, kind, and helpful. We would avoid this hotel in the future for a nice weekend away.
We stayed one night in February. What a classy hotel. We really enjoyed Trillium restaurant being on the bottom floor, very convenient. The bar was a great spot to relax at night, watch the game and have a drink. Check in and out was easy. Bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet and temperature was easily controlled. Loved the location, we walked to brewery and other local spots nearby. Would stay there again!
The staff members here were the best part of the experience, as they made us feel like we were part of their family there. The room service from their restaurant was also incredible. Everything else during our stay fell beneath expectations for the price. If you're driving yourself in, don't bother. It's one of the tightest, smallest garages I've seen and they charge you 15 to park in it. For the price you're paying to stay here it should be included, especially considering they allow the public to park there as well which fills it up quickly. The room was fairly cozy, stayed in a junior executive. The only complaint is that the floor was comfier than the couch and the bedroom light was not functioning. Overall, for the price I most likely will be going somewhere else in future stays in Boise.
Great room. Nice people and atmosphere with a beautiful terrace. Not sure why a lemon drop martini is 21 and served in a pint glass..
We had a bad experience here. The room was completely dirty and there was rust everywhere. The bathtub facet was on sideways and the floors were sticky. The bath tub had a yellow grime that came off with me wiping my finger on it. This was a big disappointment because we were excited to try out this hotel.....
