It would be difficult to overstate how satisfied I am with Mark Nielebeck at Boiseinsure. He has assisted me with insurance needs including Health, Auto and Home. Mark is EXTREMELY thorough, responsive, and accessible. He explains options fully and takes all the time necessary to be sure questions are answered to my satisfaction. He never pressures or attempts to persuade me to buy anything I am not interested in. On the rare occasion when something needed to be resolved, such as a billing matter, Mark has stepped up and done ALL the work, and then some, to get all the wheels back on track without me having to do anything beyond ask for his assistance. It can be very difficult to find the right person to help with insurance needs. If you are looking for someone to assist in this area, I highly recommend you speak with Mark.
