My EPC light kept coming up , i took it to Johnathan and he put it on a diagnostic machine WITHOUT charging me. The fuel pressure regulator picked up as an issue , we did the claim with my warranty and i left my car with johnathan around 9am and by 14h00 my car was completed , tested it on the highway and their work speaks for themselves absolutely brilliant and speedy service, my car and future cars will always be going to Johnathan.

My car broke tensioner pulley and needed replacement. Auto Express perfectly fixed it for me in couple of hours while Ford had informed me that it would take them three to four weeks to look into the car and fix it... Auto Express not only fixed the car but they also inspected the car into detail for other components.. They are value for money and also have the friendliest staff members

Absolutely horrific service. Just over a year ago my car was sent to them and I had to take it back multiple times regarding the engine and oil leaks amongst other issues which were never resolved the first time . They were supposed to have replaced the engine but subsequently did not do so and replaced the valves only. They also used cable ties to fasten the one component instead of the proper cover. These issues are a story for another day. Nevertheless, I took my car for a service today and my mechanic has to redo whatever they did as he noticed a major oil leak which they did not sort out after taking it back several times. All they did was put silicone. Jonathan is a pleasant person but unfortunately that doesn't the ice with me as I must now sit with the expense of shoddy and unprofessional work especially in these trying times. I must now bear the cost. Jonathan, thank you for the offer to bring it in, but with all due respect why would I do so when you could not sort out the oil leak despite numerous attempts. I have given it to my mechanic, who I trust totally, and he should have it sorted out by next week albeit at my cost. This was an unforeseen and unnecessary expense which I did not budget for. I have to add from my experience where Jonathan promised to resolve any issues. He kept to his word and also undertook to resolve it if the same issue persisted in the future but I hope it has finally been sorted out. Well done Jonathan. Much appreciated.
